Phase 1: The Teaser

The campaign began with a simulated hack by a fictional "Hacktivist," played by none other than our Head of Talent. This character infiltrated internal communication channels, sending cryptic messages that created buzz and excitement across the organisation. A profiling quiz was also introduced, sparking curiosity and engagement, with 70% of employees participating within hours.

Phase 2: The Learning Event

The campaign, conceptualised and delivered by our Instructional Design Manager, featured an innovative model that blended multimedia content, gamification, and storytelling. Posters, stickers, and storyline-driven interactions brought the Hacktivist character to life, making the training feel like an immersive and engaging experience rather than a compliance task.

Phase 3: The Follow-Up

Every single employee who took part-100%-successfully earned their Cyber Ninja certificates. This achievement reflects the thorough and accessible nature of the training, which equips all participants with the skills and confidence needed to tackle cybersecurity challenges.

An impressive 25% of employees went beyond the standard training by completing additional post-training activities. This showcases the programme’s success not only in sparking initial interest but also in encouraging a deeper commitment to learning and practising key cybersecurity principles.
