Do I need to follow the steps in order?
Not at all. You can jump in wherever makes sense based on your experience and goals. Some people start at Step 1, others jump straight to Step 3.
Are your courses live or self-paced?
Most of our courses are delivered live online, with real trainers, small groups, and time for questions. We also offer in-person training options and our UK office.
Do I get a certificate or qualification?
Yes, all training includes a certificate of attendance. Our diplomas offer formal recognition, where you will receive an ITOL-accredited certificate upon completion.
Can you train my team?
