With time scarcity being one of CCS’s biggest hurdles, Omniplex Learning helped implement a flexible, blended learning approach that respected learners’ time. Combining short-form digital content with practical, in-person sessions that focused on real-world application rather than theory.

CCS’s workforce had varied levels of digital confidence, creating accessibility challenges. We designed intuitive, easy-to-navigate learning experiences and provided tailored training for CCS’s internal team, helping them better support all learners.
