It began over 30 years ago. Our founders had a passion – to radically improve the learning experience using new technology. In 1991 they transformed workplace learning and development. They launched a training company using software simulation to re-create real-life scenarios that fully engaged learners.
Now trainers could more effectively inspire people with the skills and confidence to improve workplace performance.
