No. Articulate 360 AI includes AI course and standalone-format generation. In Frontline, everyday editing and duplicating content don’t use credits unless you regenerate it through a credit-powered feature.
It depends on what you create. A Frontline kit has a base credit cost plus a cost for each format generated. AI-avatar video is measured by finished video length; translation depends on the amount of source text and the number of target languages. We can help you estimate usage before you buy.
Yes. Admins can check the balance and arrange additional credits during the subscription term.
No. If you have both products, each has its own credit balance.
No. Credits expire at the end of the subscription term.
Credits are deducted only when the action completes successfully.
