The challenges
Learnmore had a packed eLearning programme, but the manual enrolment process slowed down their ability to provide quick access to courses. They wanted an eCommerce platform where learners could buy and access courses instantly, improving the experience for everyone involved.
Limited flexibility for busy learners
While live workshops remained a valued part of Learnmore’s training, the team recognised that fixed session times didn’t always suit everyone’s busy schedule. Learnmore wanted to introduce a flexible option for learners to study at their own pace, while still having support on hand whenever they needed it.

As technology continues to shape how people learn, Learnmore recognised that both learners and employers expected more from their training platform. They needed a solution that could deliver content in a comprehensive, engaging, and user-friendly way, ensuring learners stayed motivated and employers could see real progress. Previously, buying a course involved multiple teams and steps, with admin tasks taking the biggest hit on time. As Learnmore looked to expand their commercial offering, they wanted an automated platform that cut delivery time, making it easier for users to enrol and start learning straight away.

Docebo
To bring their vision to life, Learnmore needed the right platform. Docebo, an AI-powered learning management system with built-in eCommerce functionality, proved to be the ideal solution. Bringing course sales, delivery, and certification together in one streamlined platform, it enabled Learnmore to build a fully branded storefront where people could browse and purchase instantly.
More importantly, it would allow learners to experience a smoother journey from start to finish, so they could easily find the right course, enrol in just a few clicks, and pick up learning materials whenever suited them. For some courses, certificates were generated automatically on completion, giving learners a clear, hassle-free way to track and showcase their progress.
Tailored onboarding
To help Learnmore get the most out of Docebo, we ran bespoke onboarding sessions, broken into short, manageable chunks with Q&A time for any troubleshooting. Sessions were tailored to the specific features Learnmore needed, so nothing felt like information overload, and with everything recorded, the team could revisit the training whenever they needed to.
Ongoing support
Alongside support documents Learnmore can refer back to at any time, help is always on hand. Regular catch-ups let the team raise questions directly with OL specialists, and there’s a dedicated support email for anything in between.

The results
Partnering with OL helped Learnmore fully achieve their vision. They now have a live eCommerce site of their own, which is already showing promising results.

With course notification emails now fully automated, learners hear back quicker. The team can respond to complex customer queries faster too, as they’re receiving fewer general questions.

Docebo has marked a big upgrade. It provides easier access to courses while maintaining the same high-quality experience people expect from Learnmore’s programmes. The platform also enables Learnmore to meet a wider range of learner needs by offering more flexible options.
