Omniplex Learning launch new digital adoption platform, Omniplex Guide
Omniplex Learning are delighted to announce the acquisition of SAAS digital adoption specialist Nickelled, which will become a core element of our eLearning portfolio, under the name Omniplex Guide.
Omniplex Guide supports businesses in adapting to new software as seamlessly as possible – a requirement which has grown in importance during the pandemic. The cloud-based product delivers on-demand, interactive and in-situ guidance, which helps to speed up training and digital transformation.

We know how frustrating and time-consuming it can be to adapt to new tools and technologies, but having a digital adoption solution will improve the speed of change and empower our customers’ employees to self-serve.”
The need for digital adoption solutions has accelerated in recent years, with businesses increasingly seeking to move more key business elements online. A report from Gartner has suggested that by 2025, 70% of organisations will use digital adoption solutions across the entire technology stack to overcome ineffective user experiences.

The expert team of learning consultants and technology specialists inside Omniplex Learning will be on hand to support new and existing customers in rolling out Omniplex Guide to their users.
